With all the buzz going on with Texas Tech I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to show you how you and your little one can support your local sports team. These bloomers can be customized for any team, and make such a cute little accent to any outfit!

After months of anticipation the Heart & Soul Design Blog is finally up and running!!!
